We share four rooms in a transformed house - our waiting room with fireplace greets clients stepping right off of Frederick Road and into our center.
Wifi, copier, microwave and lots of parking. Membership is $15 per month and access by the hour is $15 as needed.
There are several ways to use our offices; Only need your office Monday mornings? Thursday evenings? Part -time office rent is easy. Most of us use the flexible option. It allows you to book a reservation online for whatever hour or hours you need for your practice. And you can cancel and owe nothing if your client has to reschedule. A "pre-selected" or set schedule is for our busier members, who may want to arrange the same days and hours month in and month out.

By the hour, the most you would ever pay is $15/hr
A Pre selected 6 hours per week ( all month long) $215/month
A Pre selected 3 hours per week $120/month
A Pre selected 12 hours per week, $310/month
You are free to change your times from month to month to accommodate your vacation days and the time of year!
Flexible Option = by the hour:$15 membership for all key holders and $15/ hour. No minimum number of hours per month

First... Come visit us. Like What you see?
Then...Sign Up! It's $15 per month. Joining fee is $15. New renter? This $15 is waived.
Finally, reserve and pay for your office needs easily online! You can rent as little as an hour, or rent as much as 28 hours a week. There is no minimum to rent, we can ebb and flow just as any practice does - your overhead doesn't have to suffer. You are not tied to few or limited hours. There will be a room ready and waiting when you reserve. Its $15/hour, and if your practice rents more than 12 hours in a month, you will enjoy a reduced rate of $12/hr. Rent 20 hours (whenever you need them, as you go!) and end up paying $10 per hour. You dont ever have to get stuck paying for an office when you dont need it. The more you rent, the lower your hourly rate becomes. If you KNOW your schedule each month, and have it set and firm, the rate is even lower for pre-selected blocks of time ( see left column, Pre Selected)
Some examples? Sure! Have one client each week? You will have paid $60 of rent at the end of your month. Have one weekly and one monthly client? You would end up having paid $75 for rent this month. Going away on vacation in March? (Good for you, by the way!) You will have no rent to pay, and only a $15 membership fee for March.
